We offer two types of investments:

-Buy and hold for cash flow. These houses have been rehabbed and have a tenant in place. You can analyze the property and its cash flow based on the actual data. These properties generally yield 12% to 20% cash on cash returns.

-Flip for short term high returns. These are houses which we purchase, rehab and put back on the market. The time frame is 3 to 6 months and profits are as high as 80% on an annualized basis. We partner with you on part or all of the costs.

Buy and hold option:

-Silver: $20k to $30k. Typical gross monthly income: $600

-Gold: $40k to $55k. Typical gross monthly income: $850-$950

-Platinum: $60k to $70k. Typical gross monthly income: $850-950
